All OEC GoldSeal refurbished systems go through the same testing and burn in process as the new OEC systems. The entire refurbishment process takes place at GE OEC’s primary manufacturing plant in Salt Lake City, Utah. Also, if parts are not GE certified or fail the tests, we do NOT fix it, we replace it with NEW GE OEC genuine parts. We upgrade the system software to the latest version possible to ensure systems stability and reliability. This is a very important step that 3rd party companies can't do.  A GE OEC GoldSeal system must spec out as if NEW before it leaves the factory!
